When will my order be shipped?
All our holsters are made to order and lead time is 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that Light Bearing holsters require more time for manufacturing, please consider an additional 5 business days lead time. Once a product ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Your product will arrive in 4-5 business days on average.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can track your package using the postal carrier's website or by logging into your account.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product simply return it (Limited to U.S.) and we will refund the purchase price of the purchased goods. All returns or exchanges (Limited to U.S.) are accepted within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.
When sending in an exchange or return please note that it will take 2 to 4 days to enter it into the system. Once entered into our system you will be notified by email letting you know the process has begun (refunds will not be notified until the refund is completed or more information is needed). The return or exchange then will take an additional 2 weeks to process through production to replace your item.
Can I cancel my order?
You can submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Simply contact us so that request can be submitted.
Do I need to create an account on your website?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view information about your past purchases.
How can I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Do you keep my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. Your data is completely safe.
Gift Cards
How does the electronic gift card work?
After purchase, we generate a unique digital card with a personal code. It’s automatically sent to the recipient via email.
When will the recipient receive the gift card?
If you select the “Send Now” option, the card will be delivered within 24 hours typically sooner once payment is confirmed.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by U.S. state law.
Can the gift card be used for multiple purchases?
Yes. If the order total is less than the card’s balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card and can be used later. You can also split a payment between the gift card and another payment method.
How many gift cards can I buy at once?
You can purchase up to five gift cards per day, with a combined value not exceeding $2,000. For corporate or bulk orders, please contact us Help@945industries.com
How do I check my card balance?
Click the “Check Balance” link included in the gift-card email.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Our gift cards never expire.
